Delete your account

You can permanently delete your MapMonarchs account and personal data at any time. This page explains exactly how, what disappears, and what happens to the ground you hold.

In the app — fastest

Open MapMonarchs and go to:

Command → Identity → Delete account

Confirm on the second step. Deletion runs immediately on our servers and signs you out. This is the recommended route because it is authenticated by your active session.

If you cannot open the app

Lost your device or can’t sign in? Email support@mapmonarchs.com from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. We verify the request against that email before acting, and complete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

All of the above is permanently removed. Deletion cannot be undone.

What happens to your territory

Territory is shared world state The cells you hold are not erased. Instead, their owner is set to none — the ground becomes neutral and claimable by other players. Nothing about it identifies you afterwards. We keep the board intact rather than silently rewriting other players’ map when one account leaves.

If something goes wrong

Deletion is authoritative on the server. If it fails partway, nothing is half-removed — you remain signed in and can try again, or contact support@mapmonarchs.com. We will confirm completion.
