Terms of Use

The agreement

• Your account. You are responsible for the email you sign in with and for activity under your account.
• Fair play. Territory must be earned by genuinely being where you claim to be. Faking location (GPS spoofing, mock-location tools), automating movement, or otherwise defeating anti-cheat is prohibited and may cost you territory or access.
• No impersonation. Do not present yourself as another player, as staff, or as an official MapMonarchs account.
• Respect others. Harassment, abuse, and attempts to harm other players or the service are not allowed.
• Our content. The MapMonarchs name, look, map styling, and software are ours; playing does not transfer them to you.
• Changes. The game is in active development; features may change, unlock, or close. Locked features are labelled honestly and are not promised by these terms.
• Ending access. You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches.

Purchases

Digital purchases are not yet offered. When they are, they will be sold through Google Play’s billing system and clearly described before purchase. Nothing sold will buy territorial advantage — paid items are cosmetic, presentational, or convenience only.
